General Return Policy

• Return/ExchangeManagement: Log in for hassle-free return/exchange management. If you made a purchase without registering an account with us, you can still log in using the email address linked to your payment provider.
• Return Window: You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your purchase without specifying a reason.
• Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be unworn and in resalable condition. If an item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to impose restocking charges.

Refund Policy

• Return Shipping Fee: We offer free returns within Germany. For buyers in other countries, we kindly ask you to bear the return costs on your own.
• Processing Time of a Refund: Your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Exchange Policy

• Return Shipping Fee: We offer free returns within Germany. For buyers in other countries, we kindly ask you to bear the return costs on your own.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one, simply leave us a note inside the return portal. Inside Germany, we cover not only the return shipping costs but also the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you. For overseas customers, you're responsible for both returning shipping costs and receiving the exchanged item. 

• Processing Time of an Exchange:Your desired new item will be shipped out via DHL within 2 business days after we receive the returned goods.
